10-Year Insurance-Backed Guarantee
Where required, we provide a 10-year IBG underwritten by an approved insurer. This means your guarantee is protected independently of RFR. Required by many mortgage lenders and insurers, documentation is provided on completion for mortgage lenders, insurers and future property records.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee covers stabilisation of the treated ground within the defined scope of works and the performance of the injected resin. It does not cover movement caused by external factors not addressed prior to treatment, such as defective drainage, or areas outside the treatment zone. We will always be clear about this upfront.

Where required, RFR provides a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee underwritten by an approved insurer. This can support mortgage lender, insurer and conveyancing requirements.
